Our Services

We specialize rebuilding and restoring CNC spindles, hydraulic actuators, and live tooling. First, a trained and experienced engineer will inspect the failed unit to identify the source of the problem. Every part is inspected for possible failure.

Next, all components are cleaned and evaluated. The housing and all components are thoroughly cleaned by hand to remove any remaining oil, debris, or contaminants prior to inspection. Then, each defective component is replaced, calibrated, and inspected to the original factory conditions. Lastly, each unit is tested and balanced to satisfy all required specifications.
