A spindle or actuator that has been rebuilt can satisfy the requirements of your production at a fraction of the cost of a new one.  A mechanical rebuild, paired with calibration, is a cost-effective way to get the performance you need out of your machine.

In order to minimize machine downtime, we will perform a careful preliminary test to assess what repairs need to be made to the assembly, or if the spindle requires rebuild.

If you are located in the Houston, Texas area our field engineers can assist you with spindle cartridge replacement, or a complete rebuild of the equipment in-house.

 

If you are located outside of our service area, we will assist you with shipping your spindle to us, or, under special circumstances, we can help to remove it from your machine.
